Kevin Hydes of Integral Group Awarded LEED Fellow Designation

LEED Fellows represent green building industry's most accomplished professionals.

Oakland, CA (PRWEB) October 31, 2012

The U.S. Green Building Council today named Kevin Hydes of Integral Group to the 2012 class of LEED Fellows. The LEED Fellow Program is the green building industry's most prestigious professional designation. The LEED Fellow designation recognizes exceptional contributions to green building and significant professional achievement within the rapidly growing community of LEED Professionals.

Hydes was among forty-three of the world's most distinguished green building professionals to be selected as LEED Fellows through a peer nomination and portfolio review process. Hydes' outstanding qualifications include years of green building experience and an extensive portfolio including such exemplary projects as the Packard Foundation Headquarters in Los Altos, CA, which is a LEED Platinum-targeted, Zero-Carbon, Zero-Energy facility and the David and Lucile Packard Childrens' Hospital, which is LEED Platinum-targeted.

“We are thrilled to present these highly accomplished individuals with the LEED Fellow designation,” said Rick Fedrizzi, President, CEO & Founding Chair, USGBC. “The Fellows are some of the leading innovators and vanguards of the green building movement, and their bodies of work strongly underscore their commitment to LEED and a sustainable built environment.”

Hydes will be recognized with the rest of the 2012 LEED Fellow class at the Greenbuild International Conference and Expo in San Francisco next month.
