Web Hosting Company Releases First Quarter Performance Review of Full CPanel Integration for Linux Dedicated Servers

ProlimeHost, one of the fastest emerging dedicated web server providers, has completed its first three months of operating after completing end-to-end integration of its entire Linux server base with Cpanel – a state-of-the-art Linux based web control panel software toolkit. Speaking to the press, the company expressed a positive vibe around their strategic move, citing customer satisfaction increase and a 200% improvement in client control process throughput as major outcomes. The first quarter following this move has been rewarding, as per the company spokesperson.

In a brief press meet today, ProlimeHost Ltd announced their performance reviews of running their operations for a full quarter after integrating their Linux dedicated server base with Cpanel. The company had officially launched their full Cpanel integration with dedicated Linux servers in early July, 2012.

During the earlier announcement in July, the company had also expressed its willingness to study the performance of their Cpanel dedicated servers. A study has apparently been carried out, although the company was inclined to label the study as a “server health monitoring exercise for performance optimization” that would “in turn benefit the clients”. The “monitoring” has apparently yielded positive results, as reported by ProlimeHost.

“Time flies”, said a serious-looking Tom Beck, the Prolime Host CTO, who has now been appearing a few times in front of the press consistently each month for all the right reasons. “Before we could get done with all the hardware updates and new data centers over the past three months, a quarter has already elapsed from the starting point of our new series of enhancements. We have instrumented a paradigm shift for our Linux clients by introducing Cpanel dedicated servers in our arsenal. Our server health monitoring exercise for performance optimization has yielded results that have justified our strategic move. We have recorded the smallest customer issue rates and tickets on our Linux Cpanel servers, right across the web hosting industry. In addition, the average task completion rate has more than doubled on an average, which means our clients are completing their server process management more than twice as fast compared to what this rate had earlier been. This is extremely positive. We are glad that we had dared to make the right move at the right time and have come out with flying success. This will in turn benefit the clients of our Linux dedicated servers.”

The dedicated server company, a relatively new entrant to the well-established web hosting industry, is apparently on its way to emerge as a goliath in the web hosting space. Its market share pie chart has remained pointed sharply upwards over the past quarter, marking a 50% growth on an overall basis. This growth rate is nothing short of astounding by any standard, although it is expected to be difficult, if not impossible, to maintain in the long run, especially given the current economic conditions.

The Cpanel technology, in summary, is a Linux module designed specifically for web servers. The objective of the software is to provide multi-facet control of web hosting modules to hosting clients. The robustness and ease-of-use of the control software has made it arguably the single-most loved and definitely the single-most demanded Linux server control technology. Prolime Host had moved to this technology platform as one of the earliest moves of their recent major upgrades.

“And this move has proved to be wise from a day-to-day business process management perspective as well as rewarding from the client satisfaction point of view”, said the company spokesperson to a close group of reporters, right after Tom Beck's announcement.
