Global Healthy Aging Leader Releases New Program: Cenegenics Fellowship in Age Management Medicine, Gateway to Physician Partner Opportunities
Cenegenics® meets the demand for physicians seeking a change in their medical career, offering a part-time and full-time medical fellowship to learn Cenegenics' renowned protocols, breakthrough science programs
Las Vegas, NV (PRWEB) October 31, 2012
Physicians who are seeking a better way to deliver patient care, optimize health and practice in the private sector outside insurance entanglements can enter a new dimension of medicine and partner with the global leader in healthy aging by completing a Cenegenics Fellowship in Age Management Medicine, announced Cenegenics, the recognized authority in that medical specialty. The new Cenegenics Fellowship in Age Management Medicine—open to part-time and full-time fellows—teaches physicians Cenegenics' renowned protocols, breakthrough science programs and proprietary tools for building and growing a successful age-management practice.
There is no cost for the Cenegenics Fellowship in Age Management Medicine—and physicians actually receive compensation during their fellowship by conducting Elite Health Evaluations, a highly intensive evaluation process to determine patients' metabolic, physiologic and hormonal baselines, used to customize programs so patients are placed in the lowest possible risk category for disease.
“Our new fellowship program is a big step forward for Cenegenics, helping us meet the growing demand for age management medicine and our need to add 100 physician partners within the next five years,” Cenegenics' Chief Medical Officer Dr. Robert D. Willix, Jr. said.
Completing the fellowship can be done conveniently to fit a physician's needs, Willix said. A physician will spend 70% at his/her home office and 30% at a Cenegenics center. The fellowship will take one year for full-time fellows to complete and two years for part-time fellows.
To be eligible for the fellowship, a doctor must first complete Physician Training & Certification in Age Management Medicine—a program provided by the Age Management Medicine Education Foundation (AMMEF) and Age Management Medicine Group (AMMG), which earns the physician 52 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™.
“Fellows also participate in our Grand Rounds, Journal Clubs and Clinical Update meetings to stay on the forefront of our medical specialty. They also earn 25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ during their fellowship by participating in at least one AMMG conference per year,” Willix said.
Physicians can discover the rewarding benefits of practicing age management medicine as well as the Cenegenics Fellowship in Age Management Medicine and the AMMEF/AMMG Physician Training & Certification in Age Management Medicine program by contacting Dr. Michael Resnick (702.953.1574) or Dr. Tim Patel (702.953.1577).
