Daimer® Launches Pressure Washer with Remote Activation Technology

A new technology allows those using electric pressure washers to control the machine's power from the wand, eliminating the need to return to the machine. Operators can maximize productivity.

Daimer Industries, Inc.®, the world leading brand of industrial high-quality, American made cleaning equipment, is now shipping pressure washer machines with the company's AST® (Automatic Shutoff Technology®). The Super Max™ 7000 AST® electric pressure washer, heated by propane, is more than just a hot water pressure washer and stands out from other commercial pressure washer machines. The company's new technology allows users to activate or deactivate the system from the wand. Traditional pressure washers require the operators to manually switch the system off, then on after taking breaks, a very inconvenient process.

Electric pressure washer machines should not run dry, or be operated without water for extended periods of time. Users risk hurting the machine's water pump,” explained Matthew Baratta, the spokesperson for Daimer Industries. “Daimer®'s Super Max™ 7000 AST® electric pressure washer automatically shuts down the machine's power after approximately 30 seconds of non-use. Simply pulling the wand's trigger will reactivate the machine, even up to hundreds of feet away.”

The Super Max™ 7000 AST® is one of the most powerful propane gas pressure washer wet steamers in the industry, offering super hot temperatures up to 330ºF, 1000 psi of pressure, and 2.5 gpm of water flow rate. In addition, the system is the only one in the industry with heavy-gauge stainless steel coils, specially rolled by the company. While other brands offer cheaper, much less durable aluminum that will deteriorate over time, stainless steel is the strongest, most durable metal to last for many years.

The 7000 AST® commercial pressure washer offers exclusive, completely adjustable temperature control by a knob conveniently located on the control panel. The user can control the propane flow to alter temperatures from those within the hot water range to the highest steam temperatures possible. The system takes only about 30 seconds to convert cold water to wet steam.

Daimer®'s Super Max™ 7000 AST® is ideal for use as a steam car wash, commercial kitchen hood cleaning system, restaurant kitchen cleaning machine, chewing gum removal equipment, and is appropriate for countless applications requiring a powerful cleaning machine. The pressure washer offers outstanding benefits to those seeking to quickly dissolve the heaviest of chewing gum, grease, oil, and food build-up on concrete, brick, stainless steel, FRP, and most other hard surfaces without the need for chemicals.

The high temperatures make the Super Max™ 7000 AST® much "greener" than lower temperature machines on the market. The system cleans much more quickly and effectively while consuming about 1/10 the amount of water of other brands' hot water pressure washers.

The Super Max™ system is compact, portable and includes Daimer®'s LHT (Long Hose Technology), which supports long hoses up to and over 300 feet with relatively little impact in pressure. The temperature and flow rate remain intact. The system is bundled with 25' of high temperature steam hose, allowing operators to clean within a 2000 square foot radius without moving the machine. Optional longer hoses are available.
