Hot Oil System Cleaner 25% Off for a Limited Time, Through November 30

Paratherm LC™ Hot Oil System Cleaner Liquid, for maintenance cleaning of heat transfer systems, dissolves sludge while system runs, suspends it for later draining and fluid replacement.

West Conshohocken, PA (PRWEB) October 31, 2012

If neglected too long, sludge and carbon deposits in thermal fluid systems can reduce efficiency and production, and eventually cause unplanned downtime.

Paratherm LC™ system cleaner works while the system runs, and needs about two weeks (or more) in a running system to dissolve and suspend the sludge and carbon deposits that may have formed during routine operation. About 10% of the system volume works nicely, so a 55-gallon drum is just right for a 500 to 600 gallon hot-oil system. 5-gallon pails are also available. But, depending on how long you plan to let the cleaner work, Paratherm engineers may recommend adjusting the percentage to a lower proportion.

Add the LC system cleaner now, drain it out after a few weeks (or months) put in new oil and you'll be ready to run clean again.

Some maintenance managers prefer to start with an analysis of the oil that's in the system. Then, if lab results show signs of degradation, overheating, or oxidation-related sludge, we can discuss the appropriate steps, and still deal with any issues before they impact production. Fluid monitoring can give early warnings of equipment problems, and test results may provide important information about system operation and component condition before the problems cause serious downtime.

Discuss your particulars with a Paratherm Heat Transfer Fluid Specialist for a customized price quotation. You might also want to ask about a fluid analysis, system cleaner, and thermal fluid package, to keep the system producing smoothly through 2012, into 2013, and beyond.
