The Devine Group, a leading talent assessment and development company based in Cincinnati, Ohio today announced it has joined a group of concerned industry leaders in sponsoring Operation Transition, led by WilsonHCG, a leading provider of recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) services based in Tampa, Florida.

WilsonHCG initiated Operation Transition to assist returning veterans seeking entry back into the civilian workforce. This expansive initiative will launch in November and run the next several weeks. The Devine Group is working closely with WilsonHCG as they host presentations across six U.S. cities, to deliver nationwide phone consultations, and to hold webinars on the transition of veterans into the workforce.

David Devine, President and Chief Executive Officer of The Devine Group said, “Helping veterans transition to meaningful careers after service to our country is an endeavor that our company is particularly passionate about supporting. We consider it an honor and a privilege to work with WilsonHCG on this important work.”

"Veterans have the talent, experience, education and work ethic that employers demand but they often have difficulty achieving the proper recognition. It will be an honor to help veterans market their unique talents and skills to interested employers," said John Wilson, CEO of WilsonHCG. "While our appreciation for their service can never fully be repaid, we are committed to providing resources for our brave men and women in uniform.”

Operation Transition workshops will consist of presentations from industry leaders covering topics such as resume creation and interview tips, skill mapping, social networking, job board utilization as well as explaining how to build a personal brand. In addition, all veterans will have the opportunity to take advantage of free strength assessments from The Devine Group. Onsite presentations, phone consultations and webinar(s) are one-of-a- kind and free for veterans.
