JDi Data, a provider of innovative insurance claims management systems, today announced the release and availability of its next generation Version 3.3.03 Claims Manager® insurance claims processing software. Claims Manager® delivers workers compensation software, insurance claims software and comprehensive claims management all in a seamless connection to policy administration.
The new features and technical enhancements in this version of Claims Manager® are part of an ongoing process to provide the most flexible, intuitive out-of-the-box insurance claims system available to adjusters and claim professionals in property and casualty (P&C), workers compensation and specialty lines. “Times are changing, and the age of simplicity has exploded. The enhanced version of Claims Manager (version 3. 3. 03) features:
OpticLense Claims Manager® Dashboard – The upgrade provides clients a user-defined information management control panel offering a personalized user experience. OpticLense allows clients to view a complete overview of their claim data in one snapshot. Users are able to customize their Claims Manager® dashboard and select specific OpticLense views of clients, lines of businesses, causes, and trend summary snapshots.
The OpticLense Dashboard also includes the ‘Quick Search' function for filtering by line of business, other claim elements, and optionally select as the users default homepage.
