The recruitment specialist site had been using StrongMail for just triggered and transactional emails since 2009, but it was looking to continue the expansion of its marketing activities in the most efficient and cost-effective way. It had been using a separate email service provider (ESP) for its email marketing until 2012, but decided to consolidate marketing and transactional email onto StrongMail. The key drivers for this change were improving efficiency, increasing email deliverability rates and reducing total overall costs. In addition to this, the marketing team benefitted from achieving tighter integration of customer data both from transactional and marketing campaign emails.

The platform also helps manage and automate key aspects of email deliverability, including bounce processing and unsubscribe notifications, both of which help with list hygiene.
