San Francisco, CA (PRWEB) October 24, 2012
Barbagelata Real Estate, a family-owned firm since 1952, is celebrating its 60th anniversary in the San Francisco Bay Area by opening a new office location and offering a free coupon rewards booklet filled with more than $3,600 in savings on products and services for the home.
The Marina District of San Francisco is home to Barbagelata Real Estate's newest office, which opens this month. The new office, located at 2381 Chestnut Street allows the firm to cover the entire San Francisco market and provide a more personal approach to the real estate needs of the local residents.
“As our business continued to grow across the city of San Francisco, we recognized the importance of a presence on the north side of San Francisco to provide our clients with a higher degree of service,” said Paul Barbagelata, third-generation owner of the company that bears his family's name. “With our move to the Marina, we'll be able to continue our hands-on approach, which has attributed to our success, and further build long-term, one-on-one relationships with our clients and the community.”
The opening of the new office reflects a larger trend of an upturn in the local real estate market; prices on single family homes increased 10 percent from this time last year and low inventory in the area has made it a seller's market (Altos research-Real Estate Data).
“In celebrating 60 years in the San Francisco community, we also want to help the people who live, work and raise their families in San Francisco by supporting local independent businesses," said Paul Barbagelata. “As part of this, we've partnered with other San Francisco businesses to create BarbCo Rewards, a free rewards booklet for homeowners and buyers providing over $3600 in savings on products and services for the home. It's our way of saying thanks to our clients as well as the businesses we've had the opportunity to work with over the years.”
BarbCo Rewards connects local businesses with customers by offering discounts on future and current home improvement projects at places they may not have known about before – everything from home staging and carpet cleaning to Feng Shui and designer furniture. Businesses included in the book are City Lights, SF Organized Interiors, K-9 Playtime, Armstrong Carpet & Linoleum, Cole Hardware, Lavin Interior Design, Seismic Retrofitter, Bella Casa Home Staging, DeMartini/Arnott Painting Company, The Steam Team, Dana Levitt-Personal Concierge Services, Rock & Rose Landscapes, Bay Area Professional Cleaning Services, CreativePaint, Feng Shui Life Mapping, Schmitt Heating & Air-conditioning, Pick Buster Locksmith, Engineered Environments, and Zinc Details.
