On November 20, 2012, the world-famous Madison Square Garden in New York, New York, brings together two of the most powerful rock bands in the world, Cheap Trick and Aerosmith, for the Global Warming Tour. The show kicks off at exactly 7:30 p.m.

After the gang of Steven Tyler, Joe Perry, Joey Kramer, Tom Hamilton, and Brad Whitford traveled to Asia such as Japan and South America, they are officially back in their homeland, carrying nothing but good vibes and plenty of rock and roll. They are bent on sizzling the night. As Tyler puts it, The old Aerosmith is back with a new vengeance and we will kick your ass and make out with your mothers.

Also headlining in the concert is Cheap Trick, who will begin touring with Aerosmith in Oklahoma City in November 8. According to Robin Zander, its front man, being with Aerosmith is being with old friends. Rick Nielsen, the guitarist, also chimes in, We don't sit around and tell war stories, but there is a camaraderie. Both bands are expected to play some of their greatest hits such as Aint That a Shame, I Want You to Want Me, and Draw the Line.

Cheap Trick is just as old as the Aerosmith. They have been around for more than 30 years. Through the many decades, they had shared with some of the biggest rock bands in the world, including but not limited to KISS, AC/DC, and Queen. They had also toured with Robert Plant while singing one of their greatest hits back then known as The Flames.

Aerosmith, on the other hand, is deemed as one of the greatest rock bands in music history. Natives of Boston, Massachusetts and launched in the 1970s, their sound style is often classified as a mixture of heavy metal, pop, and R&B. Some of their previous members are Rick Dufay, Ray Tabano, and Jimmy Crespo. Some of them also pursued solo projects, including Tyler, who spent two seasons in the American Idol as a judge.

Theyve released more than 10 studio albums, such as Toys in the Attic, Draw the Line, Get Your Wings, Nine Lives, and Permanent Vacation. All these received multi-platinum recognitions. Rock in a Hard Place and Done with Mirrors both received gold. The group produced 21 chart-topping hits in Top 40 of Billboard, like Jamies Got a Gun, Dream On, Jaded, Amazing, Crazy, and I Dont Want to Miss a Thing, which climbed to no. 1 and became one of the official tracks of Armageddon.
