World Financial Group Salutes Associates who Led 100-Day Campaign
World Financial Group is saluting all of its independent associates who participated in the Helping 100,000 Families in 100 Days campaign. The campaign, launched on July 1 and ending on Oct. 8, 2012, was an effort to reach out to the thousands of families who need assistance in developing a strategy to ensure they are more financially secure both today and tomorrow.
“There are so many people across North America who have little to no life insurance protection, don't have a plan for retirement or don't have a quality financial education. WFG's goal during this campaign — and every day — is to reach out to people, particularly middle-income families, who traditionally are not offered financial services. We help them get on a path to realizing their dreams, whatever they may be,” said Joe DiPaola, President & CEO of World Financial Group.
The campaign involved all of WFG's independent associates across the United States and Canada. Each associate was asked at the launch of the campaign to assist as many families as possible, with targets set at 10, 20 and a high benchmark of 30 families in 100 days. Those associates who were able to help 25 or more families will have their names listed in a two-page ad that will run in Forbes and Canadian Business magazines.
“We knew the goal of helping 1,000 families each day for 100 days was extraordinarily ambitious,” said Paul Mineck, Chief Marketing Officer of World Financial Group. “At the end of the campaign, we had helped 84,171 families. We consider the campaign a great success as it spurred major growth for WFG and its associates, and it is a number that WFG believes very few companies in the industry could reach in such a short time frame.”
