With Client Base Expanding Fast Globally, Message Systems Adds Customer Success Team and Continues Building Out Executive Ranks


With its customer base surging toward the 200 mark and bright prospects for continued strong growth globally in the months and years ahead, Message Systems today announced that it has created a customer success team, a newly constituted group within the organization to help onboard new clients, and ensure their continued satisfaction in realizing optimum value from their Message Systems investment. Message Systems' CEO George Schlossnagle announced that Rich Bowman, most recently a senior executive with iPass, has been named vice president of customer success, and he will lead the efforts of this globally distributed team from the company's recently expanded San Francisco offices.

Rich Bowman is a results-driven digital communications leader with global experience maximizing customer satisfaction via sales success, services and support teams. As vice president customer success, Rich will serve as the senior executive in charge of global customer services and sales engineering for Message Systems. Respected throughout Silicon Valley and Europe, Rich is well known in the technology industry for developing success-oriented teams, instilling operational excellence and nurturing customers into enthusiastic advocates who can articulate the business value of the brand and positively influence new buying decisions. Rich comes to Message Systems from the industry-leading mobile networking enterprise, iPass, where he led global customer success, support and services teams. Before iPass, Rich was the general manager of European operations for Tumbleweed and Axway where he oversaw global engineering, services and support. This latest announcement follows closely on news of several Message System customer wins, including XING and US Airways, a major new product announcement and a significant expansion of the company's worldwide office space.
