IPM Named to "Great Place to Work®" Roster for Third Year
Great Place to Work® named Integrated Project Management Company, Inc. (IPM) to their ninth annual list of Best Small & Medium Workplaces, published today in FORTUNE magazine. The list recognizes companies that have exceptional workplace cultures.
IPM was selected among hundreds of companies vying for a place on the list this year. The selection process included an employee survey and an in-depth questionnaire about company programs and practices. Great Place to Work then evaluated each application based on five dimensions: credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie. Employees believe they work for great organizations when they consistently trust the people they work for, have pride in what they do and enjoy the people they work with.
“We're honored to be named a Great Place to Work for the third consecutive year,” said C. Richard Panico, IPM's president and CEO. “What's most edifying is that we were chosen based upon direct feedback from our employees. For over 24 years, we've worked hard to create, sustain, and continually strengthen a values-based culture. Our employees know we never compromise our integrity and that we really care about them and their families.”
IPM has been recognized repeatedly for its workplace excellence and ethics by the Better Business Bureau, Winning Workplaces, and the Foundation of Financial Services Professionals. For the past six years, the company also has been listed as one of the 5,000 fastest-growing private companies in the United States by Inc. Magazine.
“The Best Small & Medium Workplace list grows more competitive every year and this list represents the best of the best,” said Susan Lucas-Conwell, global chief executive officer of Great Place to Work. “While each company is unique, what they have in common are strong cultures that support positive workplaces.”
