Visitors to QIC's new site,, will find a greater breadth of information and resources about how recognition and incentive programs can help drive higher performance in terms of sales, safety, employee retention, employee wellness and other critical business goals. QIC designs and delivers recognition and incentive solutions that help organizations drive desired behaviors from key audiences. These include employee recognition programs that applaud performance and achievement; customer incentive programs that encourage repeat purchases; channel sales incentives that keep resellers engaged; employee Years of Service awards; and more.

In addition to a richer online experience, the site also unveils the company's new identity, featuring a corporate mark that's more active and modern than the previous logo.

“We felt it was time to overhaul our branding to better reflect who we are as a company,” explains Scott Newman, president and CEO of QIC. “We're contemporary. We work to bring fresh ideas — and results — to our clients. We're technology-driven and efficient. Now when you see our logo or visit our web site, you'll get a truer sense of what QIC is about.”

Newman adds that while QIC has long been respected and well-known in the area of employee recognition, the new site aims to showcase the company's expertise in the full range of incentive programs, including customer sales incentives, channel sales incentives, safety incentive programs and wellness incentives. A “Resources” section features case studies, best practice guides, articles and white papers, and will be periodically updated to provide insight and thought leadership. “We want this to be a fully functional resource for our clients, prospects, reseller partners and anyone else who is interested in using incentives to drive behaviors and higher performance.”

QIC is headquartered in Memphis, Tenn., and has business development offices throughout the United States. For more information, visit
