FRAMINGHAM, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

David A. Jollin, President and CEO of Insurance Subrogation Group (ISG) announces the recent appointment of Attorney Marie Cheung-Truslow to the position of Executive Vice President and Subrogation Practice Leader.

Cheung-Truslow holds 20 years' experience as trial and appellate counsel representing national property-casualty insurance companies. She has particular expertise in complex insurance litigation, large loss property subrogation and fraud related claims. For the past decade, she was employed with the legal firm Smith & Brink, P.C., Braintree, MA, chairing the firm's Property Insurance and Subrogation Practice Group. In her new role, Cheung-Truslow will be charged with growing and expanding the ISG's subrogation practice.

Cheung-Truslow has a JD from Boston College Law School, 1991; an MSW from Columbia University School of Social Work, 1985; and a BA from Notre Dame de Namur University, 1985. Her Bar and Court Admissions include: Massachusetts Bar (1991); U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts (1993); U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire, U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut; as well as serving as Pro Hac Vice admissions and trials in numerous states and many Federal trial and appellate courts throughout the U.S.
