The award was presented by Daniel Eckert, vice president of Walmart Financial Services at their annual awards ceremony held in Orlando.

The 2011 Customer Service Award recognizes industry partners that go above and beyond to support Walmart's customer relationship management and overall customer satisfaction throughout the entire service experience. NEW's customer service team received top box scores from 90 percent of Walmart Product Care Plan customers surveyed for resolving the customer's issue on their first call for service.
