Cogent HMG Chairman to Participate in Panel Discussion at 2012 Healthcare Provider Transformation Summit

Cogent HMG's Dr. Stephen Houff, Chairman, Board of Directors, has been selected to participate in a panel discussion at the 2012 Healthcare Provider Transformation Summit this week.

The conference provides an opportunity for healthcare leaders to hear from CEOs and thought leaders on the innovative strategies that are being pursued by today's leading for-profit, not-for-profit, and community healthcare facilities. Participants can get the latest industry approach to improving quality of care and increasing access to capital while reducing costs.

The panel discussion Dr. Houff will be participating in, titled Network Build-Out via Acquisition of MD Practice Groups, will cover the trend of forming a healthcare network by acquiring physician practices.
