Paramount Lodging Advisors (PLA) announced the addition of Cindy Swink as an associate of the company's growing Florida and Texas team.

Prior to joining Paramount Lodging Advisors, Swink worked for Team Aubuchon, a full service real estate firm in Southwest Florida. There she focused on multi-family and single family residential sales as well as residential lots. Swink also worked with a developer focusing on acquisition of large parcels of land for development, negotiation of contracts, as well as working with a consulting team to present real estate opportunities to city boards for review and approval.
