Effective March 1, 2012, the following individuals are responsible for the day-to-day management of Invesco California Municipal Income Trust (IIC), Invesco California Municipal Securities (ICS), Invesco California Quality Municipal Securities (IQC) and Invesco New York Quality Municipal Securities (IQN):

Effective March 1, 2012, the following individuals are responsible for the day-to-day management of Invesco Municipal Premium Income Trust (PIA), Invesco Quality Municipal Income Trust (IQI), Invesco Quality Municipal Investment Trust (IQT), Invesco Quality Municipal Securities (IQM), Invesco Value Municipal Bond Trust (IMC), Invesco Value Municipal Income Trust (IIM), Invesco Value Municipal Securities (IMS) and Invesco Value Municipal Trust (IMT):
