By deploying their site using iAPPS Rapid Site, Easy Rest (formerly Contour Beds) was able to divert some project budget to a rebranding effort, as well as the enhancement and optimization of their WEM strategy working with Bridgeline's Digital Strategy Group (DSG). Pre-designed iAPPS templates were used in the project, requiring minimal development beyond the new branding customization, having been designed to take advantage of Bridgeline's experience, along with iAPPS' ease-of-use and extensive built-in optimization.

Among the challenges Easy Rest faced in their prior WEM strategy were problems with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and inefficient online customer funnels. The DSG team determined through Bridgeline's proprietary SEO analysis process that nearly all of the site's traffic was branded, meaning they were producing almost no real organic traffic. Also discovered was that confusing, inefficient calls-to-action were contributing to broken online funnels, and were a primary cause of high bounce rates.

Bridgeline was able to address these challenges leveraging standard iAPPS templates, resulting in a vastly simplified, more effective site. The new benefits from a cleaner, highly organized architecture and design, and takes full advantage of DSG's comprehensive funnel analysis and process recommendations, so that users consistently navigate towards conversion or registration. As a result of much more efficient calls-to-action, these page funnels have been optimized to drastically increase lead generation and conversion.

The Bridgeline team also updated site metadata and content to help optimize the site in alignment with new branding, building on results the previous brand had developed over the years. This optimization both succeeded in establishing new, organic search results and reducing the high bounce rate. Updated keywords, SEO-friendly URLs, descriptions, titles, and new, highly relevant links within the site content all contributed to the great results the site is now experiencing.

Finally, the overall site design was enhanced to appeal to a much broader audience by adjusting colors and updating architecture that more closely reflected the company's new offsite branding, as well as matched the simplicity and modern design of their product. Because of the high degree of ease-of-use inherent in the iAPPS Product Suite, the site is also extremely administrable for users at all levels of experience and comfort.
