SALT LAKE CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

Mindshare Technologies, a leader in Voice of the Customer (VoC) technologies, today announced the appointment of Mark Webb as the company's new CFO.

Webb brings to the position more than 15 years of experience in finance and an extensive understanding of business strategy development. His previous work demonstrates a track record of improving the operations of young companies by helping them create the necessary infrastructure for growth. Just prior to Mindshare, Webb was the vice president of finance at Instructure, Inc., where he was responsible for various aspects of Instructure's start-up growth phase. Webb also previously served as the CFO of WiLife, and was instrumental in the company's growth and subsequent sale to Logitech.

“Mindshare is a strong company that has an enormous growth potential within the restaurant, retail, and call center industries,” said Webb. “As the new CFO, my goal is to ensure that our infrastructure will enable our growth and meet the needs of our customers well into the future.”

What began as a two-employee operation in 2002 has grown exponentially, and the company now offers its enterprise feedback management and VoC services in 28 languages in more than 125 countries. Mindshare's clients include global leaders in 25 dynamic industries, ranging from informal, casual and fine dining restaurants, to retail, financial services, travel, automotive, call centers and healthcare. Mindshare recently achieved 105 consecutive months of increasing recurring revenue, and in his new position as CFO, Webb will be charged with the continued maintenance and cultivation of that growth.

“We are thrilled to have Mark join our team, and we know that the experience and knowledge he brings to the table will prove invaluable as we build on our remarkable momentum,” said John Sperry, CEO of Mindshare. “Intelligent growth management is a top priority of ours, and as more and more companies recognize the value of our services, we need to ensure we have an internal infrastructure in place to best handle expansion. Mark will help us determine what necessary actions to take in order to stay ahead of accelerating demand.”
