Cream City Foundation Appoints Paul R. Fairchild as New Executive Director

Cream City Foundation, Inc., a community based foundation focused on funding lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) programs and organizations working towards social change in southeastern Wisconsin, is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul R. Fairchild as the new Executive Director of the organization. Fairchild joins the organization as it celebrates its 30th year and aims to further its impact in the LGBT community.

Throughout his tenure, Fairchild has worked with several prestigious LGBT organizations. Hailing from Chicago, he most recently served as Chief Development Officer and interim CEO for Howard Brown Health Center, the Midwest's largest provider of healthcare to LGBT individuals. Before joining Howard Brown, Fairchild served as Director of Development at Horizons Community Services, now known as the Center on Halsted and Vice President for Donor & Community Relations for Heartland Alliance for Human Needs & Human Rights. He holds the distinction of being the only man to serve on the Board of the Lesbian Community Cancer Project. With more than 20 years of leadership experience in the LGBT community, Fairchild will seamlessly lead the charge for Cream City Foundation's vision of strategic growth.
