The 2012 WorldatWork Total Rewards Conference & Exhibition boasts six HR conferences in one. The annual event will be held at the Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center in Orlando, FL, from May 21-23.

This year's conference theme is: "Maximize Your Total Rewards Formula." To meet that objective, WorldatWork will be offering a total of 105 conference sessions, a majority of which are designed for mid- and senior-level practitioners:

  •     Total Rewards = 25 sessions
  •     Compensation = 23 sessions
  •     Executive Compensation = 17 sessions
  •     Sales Compensation = 7 sessions
  •     Benefits = 18 sessions
  •     Work-Life = 15 sessions

Presentations will be given by total rewards and HR executives from notable global organizations including American Express, AT&T, Google, Merck & Company, Microsoft, MillerCoors, Northrop Grumman, Time Warner Cable, Siemens Corporation, The Boeing Company and Pfizer, to name a few.

The opening general session will feature two keynote speakers: Lynne Lancaster and Seth Mattison. Lynne Lancaster is the co-founder of BridgeWorks, a generational diversity consulting and training company. She is co-author of the best-selling business book When Generations Collide. She advises leaders, managers and employees on how to conduct business more successfully by bridging generation gaps at work and in the marketplace.

Seth Mattison is also part of BridgeWorks' multigenerational team of experts and speakers. Mattison was a key contributor and served as the voice of the Millennials for the recently released The M-Factor: How the Millennial Generation Is Rocking the Workplace. He has worked with organizations as diverse as G.E., General Mills, Prudential and the University of Notre Dame.
