The Service Skeds team is hitting the road! This month, they will load up their gear and head to Chicago for the 2012 International Air-Conditioning, Heating and Refrigerating Exposition (AHR).

The expo, which takes place Jan. 23-25, is the world's largest tradeshow for HVAC&R industry professionals. Although Service Skeds has exhibited at other tradeshows, this will be the company's first time participating at AHR.

“We're very excited about the upcoming show because it will give us the opportunity to reach out to new HVAC companies,” Stephen Chambers, Service Skeds President, said. “Our product has been very well received over the last few months by current clients and we're looking forward to taking Service Skeds to the next level.”

With that in mind, the company has something new to offer at the tradeshow. For the first time ever, their booth will showcase four Motorola Droids and two Kindle Fire tablets that visitors can use to check out all the latest Service Skeds features.

“We decided on a very ‘hands-on' demonstration because it's the best way to really show what our apps can do,” Ryan Bailey, lead Android developer, said. “Our program and our service are so different than anything else on the market right now, so we felt every person that stops at our booth needs to experience the technology firsthand.”

This technology includes the smartphone app that allows HVAC technicians to communicate quickly and effectively with their dispatch. The latest features allow techs to take photographs, record customer information and keep track of their equipment using one simple iPhone or Android app.
