Gould & Lamb and Continental Trust Services announced that they have entered into a Mutual Services Agreement to provide Professional Administration Services. Our relationship with Continental Trust Services will allow us to assist injured individuals in protecting their Medicare and/ or Medicaid benefits, while offering a cost containment approach extending the life of the settlement funds for future needs. We chose Continental Trust Services for its strict compliance with CMS guidelines and rigid adherence to ethical decision making. Gould & Lamb is now positioned as the only “one-stop-shop” for the complete line of MSP compliance services in the market, including Mandatory Insurer Reporting (MIR), Conditional Payment Research (CPR) and Negotiation (CPN), Medicare Set Asides (MSAs) and Post Settlement Account Administration, supplementing other settlement services such Life Care Plans, for litigated claims. “
