("Cooler Master") executed a license agreement with the Company which provides for license revenue to be paid to Comarco on future sales of Cooler Master's products that utilize technology developed and patented by Comarco.  Cooler Master is a worldwide leader in power supplies and other computer peripheral equipment. The terms of this license agreement remain confidential.
