Mary Kirby Joins Ink as New Editor of Airline Passenger Experience Media Platform

LONDON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

Ink, the global leader in travel media connecting companies with travellers, today announced that respected aviation journalist and editor Mary Kirby has joined them as the new editor-in-chief of the Airline Passenger Experience Media Platform. This follows Ink being engaged by the Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX) in July this year.

Mary will be responsible for the association's Airline Passenger Experience magazine (both printed and online), a weekly industry NewsDigest, a daily APEX EXPO publication, an editor's blog and associated social media channels.

For nearly 12 years Mary has worked as both a journalist and editor for Flightglobal's suite of online and print publications. She joined Flightglobal's premium real-time news service Air Transport Intelligence in 1999 as regional reporter (Americas), and was promoted to deputy editor (Americas) in 2003 and later to US editor. She most recently held the title of Flight International senior editor.
