AUBURN HILLS, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

Project: WorldWide (Project), a global and independent agency holding company grounded in engagement marketing, today announced that industry veterans Jeff Rutchik, Sharon Napier and Mike Rossi have joined the company's Strategic Leadership Team (SLT).

Reporting to Project's Chairman & CEO, Robert G. Vallee Jr., Rutchik, Napier and Rossi will work with other SLT members in worldwide markets to help lead expansion of the Project brand while continuing the company's rapid pace of innovation at the agency level.

“Jeff, Sharon and Mike have deep experience building highly creative and successful agencies, making them a natural choice to help advance Project's mission of engagement marketing,” said Vallee. “It's hard to underestimate the wealth of experience and talent they bring to the SLT and we welcome the vision and leadership they bring to the entire Project family of agencies.”

Project's agencies include JUXT Interactive, Partners + Napier, Spinifex Group, G7 Entertainment Marketing, Raumtechnik and George P. Johnson. Current Project clients include B2C and B2B brands such as Toyota, IBM, Constellation Wines, Adobe, Kodak and Clorox in industries ranging from CPG and technology to financial services, automotive and more.

Rutchik and Rossi will continue to serve in their current roles at Project's experiential agency George P. Johnson (GPJ), while Napier remains CEO of Project's branding and advertising shop Partners + Napier (P+N).

As Executive Vice President of Client Services Worldwide at GPJ, Rutchik is responsible for global growth of the agency in addition to delivering client service. Rossi, as Executive Vice President of Operations at GPJ, helps guide the agency's global production and delivery capabilities. Under Napier's leadership, P+N has been named to Advertising Age's 30 Best Places to Work in Marketing & Media for the past two consecutive years, and was honored as one of the top small agencies in the country by Ad Age in 2010.

“The Project model emphasizes both the independence of its agencies and deep collaboration between them, made possible by a shared belief that engagement is the future our industry,” said Napier. “As a member of the SLT, I'm excited to have the opportunity to help shape that future, where advertising, digital, experiential and other disciplines operate from the same unifying idea.”

Rutchik added: “It's a tremendous opportunity to be able to contribute at the SLT level to help Project's agencies design great brand experiences wherever they occur – online, on devices, tablets, through physical events and other touch points. Where design, creative, technology and business intersect – this is how brands today need to activate their audiences and move them to action, which I believe is the new center point of marketing.”

An important part of the SLT's mission is to continue to build out Project's global footprint, offering clients the ability to produce and activate ideas in digital, experiential and other disciplines consistently across multiple markets, cultures and languages.

“Brands today are more global than ever, and marketers realize that just coming up with the insights and big idea is not enough – you have to be able to program, produce and activate against that creative while managing supply chain, sourcing, and much more,” said Rossi. “At Project, I'm excited to be part of a new solution to those challenges, where we have the great creative but also the people and the know-how to bring it all together and make it happen.”

Rutchik, Napier and Rossi join fellow executives on the Project's SLT: Peter Lambousis, Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy, U.S. at Project: WorldWide; Kim Myhre, CEO of Project: WorldWide, EMEA; and Mike Amour, CEO of Project: WorldWide, Asia Pacific.
