The American Kidney Fund (AKF), whose mission is to fight kidney disease through direct financial support to patients in need, health education, and prevention efforts, will visit the NASDAQ MarketSite in New York City's Times Square. AKF is celebrating the launch of Pair Up, a new national campaign to raise awareness about kidney disease, an increasingly common and serious condition that is damaging the health of as many as 31 million Americans.

In honor of the occasion, Ms. LaVarne A. Burton, President and Chief Executive Officer will ring The NASDAQ Stock Market Closing Bell.
