OMVS Appoints Renewable Energy Expert as President & CEO

In a bold move to energize its ambitious new solar product development initiative, On the Move Systems (OTCQB:OMVS) today appointed seasoned executive Patrick Brown to the post of President and CEO. An expert in renewable energy solutions, Brown will shape the company's strategy to expand into the fastest-growing segment of the energy industry.

“My first priority will be to establish new opportunities for solar product development that make sense for the market,” Brown said. “There is tremendous demand around the world for functional, affordable solar energy solutions. Thanks to the latest solar technology innovations, solar is on the verge of a tipping point. My job will be to help position OMVS to capitalize on the rapid mainstream growth in store for the solar sector.”

Over the past two decades, Brown has cultivated a wealth of knowledge and expertise as an executive and financial consultant for international clean-energy innovators in the U.S. and abroad. His business portfolio includes leading-edge providers of solar power, waste to energy conversion systems, geothermal and wind energy solutions. In addition to his work assessing the prospects and feasibility of clean-energy projects, Brown is highly experienced in securing financing for new technologies from government and venture capital sources.

“Government subsidies and tax incentives are a major driver in the growth of solar and clean-energy technology,” Brown said. “We will be making a commitment to fully leverage those funding opportunities in order to maximize our projects' potential.”

Brown will utilize his expertise to spearhead OMVS' new initiative to create the next generation of solar panels. The company is collaborating with university research partners to develop cutting-edge, printable inkjet solar cells designed to be easier and more affordable to apply to a variety of energy applications.
