Armstrong Steel Buildings has been selected to design, engineer, supply, and erect an Armstrong Steel pre-engineered metal building for a farmer in Donnybrook, North Dakota. The project consists of 15,000 square feet of equipment storage. Concrete and erection work will commence in September 2011 and be managed by Armstrong Steel Construction Division. The building is scheduled for completion in fall 2011.

“Our turnkey construction services division thrives on solving the everyday challenges faced by business owners looking to expand,” states Ethan Chumley, President of Armstrong Steel Buildings.

Armstrong Steel Buildings Construction Services Division designs, engineers, supplies, and schedules the completion of pre-engineered steel buildings and metal buildings systems to each client's exact local building requirements and specifications.

“Armstrong Steel's Construction Services Division develops projects around your building requirements and works closely with you to build a facility that meets your needs, fits into your business plan, and allows for future expansion with ease.” says Eric Beavers, Vice President of Operations.

The economy in North Dakota is booming with current farmers and oilers expanding and new businesses opening up every day. Armstrong Steel is establishing relationships with business owners in the area and becoming their single-source metal buildings partner, working to provide cost effective building solutions that best fit their requirements.

As part of the project, Armstrong Steel Buildings has been contracted to manage and execute the concrete and erection of the Armstrong Steel Building. Armstrong's concrete crew will arrive on site Labor Day, Monday September 5th, 2011.

“The oil boom and severe flooding all summer in North Dakota has created multiple obstacles with regard to lodging and equipment rental but, as always, we're standing by our original pricing despite these added costs. It's who we are.” says Nick Martinez, Manager of Armstrong Steel's Construction Services Division.

Armstrong's scope of work includes the concrete work and erection for the 100x150x20 as well as the installation of a 50'x20' Hi-Fold hangar door. The building includes translucent light panels and wainscoting.

To top it all off, the detailing and engineering for this building was completed, in house, in under twenty four hours, further proving that Armstrong Steel can't be beat when you're up against time constraints.

“Our team is there for you every step of the way to make sure your building project is streamlined. It's our specialty and no one in the industry does a better job of coming in on time and under budget.” says David Nardozzi, General Manager.
