Semi-Annual Changes to the NASDAQ OMX ABA Community Bank Index

NEW YORK, June 13, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The NASDAQ OMX Group, Inc. NDAQ announced today the results of the semi-annual evaluation of the NASDAQ OMX ABA Community Bank Index ABQI, which will become effective prior to market open on Monday, June 20, 2011.

The following seventeen securities will be added to the Index: Bryn Mawr Bank Corporation BMTC, First Busey Corporation BUSE, Camden National Corporation CAC, Cass Information Systems, Inc. CASS, CoBiz Financial Inc. COBZ, Eagle Bancorp, Inc. EGBN, Financial Institutions, Inc. FISI, Great Southern Bancorp, Inc. GSBC, Hampton Roads Bankshares, Inc. HMPR, Rockville Financial, Inc. RCKB, Sun Bancorp, Inc. SNBC, 1st Source Corporation SRCE, State Bank Financial Corporation STBZ, StellarOne Corporation STEL, Tower Bancorp, Inc. TOBC, Union First Market Bankshares Corporation UBSH, and United Community Banks, Inc. UCBI

The Index is designed to track the performance of banks and thrifts, or their holding companies, listed on The NASDAQ Stock Market®. The Index is intended to serve as a benchmark for investment products by including the larger and more liquid community banks. As a result of the evaluation the following five companies will be removed from the index:  Bank Mutual Corporation BKMU, CenterState Banks, Inc. CSFL, Suffolk Bancorp SUBK, S.Y. Bancorp, Inc. SYBT, Westfield Financial, Inc. WFD.

The First Trust NASDAQ ABA Community Bank Fund QABA seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield (before the fund's fees and expenses) of the NASDAQ OMX ABA Community Bank Index.
