WikiLoan, Inc. Announces Forward Split

LOS ANGELES, May 5, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- WikiLoan, Inc WKLI, a peer-to-peer lending platform, announces today that its Board of Directors has approved a 1:10 forward split.  In connection with the forward split, the company will increase its authorized common shares from 70 million to 750 million and its authorized preferred shares will remain the same at 10 million.  An effective date for the split has not been determined but the Company's officers will confer with market oversight authorities and its transfer agent as soon as is practical to determine a record date.
