Alexandre S. Fialho Joins Korn/Ferry Leadership and Talent Consulting as Head of Latin America

LOS ANGELES, Nov. 22, 2010 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Korn/Ferry International KFY, a premier global provider of talent management solutions, today announced Alexandre S. Fialho has joined as President and Chief Operating Officer for the Leadership and Talent Consulting business in Latin America. He is based in the firm's Sao Paulo office.

Mr. Fialho joins Korn/Ferry from Hay Group, where he was a Corporate Director and led the firm's Building Effective Organizations (BEO) practice in Brazil, and its global C-Suite Practitioner Network. He has served as a management and strategy executive for several global companies, and as Director and Associate Dean of Fundacao Dom Cabral, recently ranked by the Financial Times as the sixth best executive education center in the world.

Mr. Fialho will be responsible for both growing the Latin American business for Korn/Ferry Leadership and Talent Consulting, as well as managing regional consulting operations.

Mr. Fialho holds multiple degrees including a Bachelor in Business Administration from Gama Filho University, a Bachelor in Philosophy from UNISUL (Universidade do Sul de Santa Catarina), and an M.B.A. from Fundacao Getulio Vargas and Ohio University. He is also a frequent lecturer on strategy and M&A topics at various universities in Latin America.
