Call Compliance, Inc. Announces New Enhanced DialerID PRO

GLEN COVE, N.Y., Aug. 11, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Call Compliance Inc. ("CCI"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Compliance Systems Corporation COPI, today introduce its Enhanced DialerID PRO system, the latest in its suite of products and services designed for the enterprise and contact center communities. Using CCI's Enhanced DialerID application, Enhanced DialerID PRO is a web-based interface to be utilized by subscribers for real time control of the CallerID and Caller Name (CNAM) information being transmitted from their calling equipment to the target audience.

CNAM is an intelligent network service that displays the caller's name on the calling party's digital readout device. Similar to CallerID, the calling party's name is displayed in addition to the calling number. This allows contact centers to display both the CallerID and Caller Name for that specific outbound calling initiative, which we believe makes calling customers far more transparent and effective.

CCI maintains a large inventory of telephone numbers, and contact centers can utilize specific numbers for each target market. We believe using CCI's targeted telephone numbers, contact centers will not only be in compliance by ensuring proper Name Display, but will also benefit from an improved answer rate and increased credibility within their calling areas.

The "PRO" system features a web management tool that allows subscribers to manage all of their assigned telephone numbers by giving subscribers the ability to change ring to numbers for callbacks, make Caller Name change requests, create additional system users, and download daily usage reports, to name some of the improved functionality.
