LOGIC Devices Enters Into a Definitive Agreement for Sales Management and Channel Sales Services

SUNNYVALE, Calif., Oct. 1, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- LOGIC Devices, Incorporated LOGC, a fabless semiconductor developer of high performance, low power integrated circuits and integrated multi-chip modules, today announced it has entered into a Definitive Agreement with Minco Technology Labs, Inc., an Austin, Texas based Value-added manufacturer and Sales Management company, to be LOGIC Devices' Sales Management partner for all worldwide sales activities, effective November 1, 2009.
