ONEOK to Replace Black & Decker in the S&P 500 (OKE,BDK)

3/4/2010-Shares of ONEOK OKE are trading 1.9% higher to $46.75 Thursday after Standard & Poor's said on its website that the U.S. natural gas distributor will replace Black & Decker BDK in the S&P 500 Index, effective March 12.

Shares of Black & Decker are trading 0.6% lower to $74.37.
