Board of Directors Amends Cyanotech’s Bylaws

Cyanotech Corporation CYAN today announced that effective January 7, 2010, the Board of Directors amended the Company’s bylaws. The amendments relate to the creation of a position of a Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors; annual selection of committee chairpersons by members of each committee of the Board; and provision for uncertificated shares to be maintained by the Corporation’s registrar and transfer agent. The amendments are detailed fully in the Company’s Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on January 13, 2010.
