It has acquired Senior Care Consulting, a well-established care management company headquartered in Madison, CT. This acquisition makes SeniorBridge the largest provider of care management in the Northeast.

Ms. Barbara Hornby, RN, BSN, PHN, GCM, CCM founded Senior Care Consulting in 2002. Ms. Hornby has over 30 years of experience working with the geriatric population. Previously, she served as Director of Clinical Services for an assisted living facility, Nurse Supervisor at a skilled nursing facility, Liaison Nurse at an acute rehabilitation hospital, and she also worked as a Public Health Nurse. She will continue to play a valuable role with SeniorBridge as Executive Director of the Madison office.
