Spikes Asia 2010 and The Confederation of Asian Advertising Agency Associations Sign Co-operation Agreement

Spikes Asia Advertising Festival, the regional event for creative excellence in advertising and communications, is pleased to announce that a co-operation agreement has been made with The Confederation of Asian Advertising Agency Associations (CAAAA), the driving force of Asian advertising.

With more than 40% of the world's total population and 20% of total world advertising expenditure, Asia has grown into a large economic region with increasing importance. As such, the role of the CAAAA, which joins together the efforts of advertising associations in the Asian region, is to shape the future of Asian advertising agencies and through them, aims to be a catalyst to grow the advertising business itself.

"It is an honour for us to have the support of the CAAAA. Their recognition of how important a role the Spikes Asia Festival has on the advertising and communications industry in Asia as a creative learning platform is paramount to us," says Terry Savage, Festival Chairman.
