The Exchange has accepted for filing the Mining Option Agreement dated
July 13, 2009, whereby the Company can acquire of a 60% interest (the
"Option") in mineral rights to 250 square kilometers constituting the
Kanweaken Mineral Exploration Licence, located in the Republic of
Liberia, Africa from Africa West Minerals Corp. ("Africa West").

Pursuant to the terms of the Mining Option Agreement, to exercise the
Option, the Company will provide to Africa West the following
consideration:
- an aggregate amount of CDN$ 35,000 as follows:
o an amount of CDN$ 25,000 which was paid on execution of the
Agreement; and
o CDN$10,000 on that date which is the first business day after the
date on which the Company receives final Exchange approval for
completion of the QT (the "Approval Date").
- issue an aggregate 1,000,000 shares of the Company to Africa West as
follows:
o 100,000 shares on the Approval Date;
o 150,000 shares on the first anniversary of the Approval Date;
o 200,000 shares on the second anniversary of the Approval Date; and
o 550,000 shares on the third anniversary of the Approval Date.
- Fulfilling Africa West's obligations under terms of the Kanweaken
Mineral Exploration Licence, which includes:
o Payment of annual renewal fees of USD$ 5,000 on or before June 9,
2010;
o Payment of annual rental fees of USD$ 12,355 on or before June 9,
2010;
o Incurring of expenditures of a minimum of USD$ 123,550 on or before
June 9, 2010; and
o Satisfying all ongoing requirements and obligations under the
Kanweaken Mineral Exploration Licence to keep the property in good
standing.
