WALTHAM, Mass., Aug. 14, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Interleukin Genetics, Inc. ILIU today announced it has filed a Form 15 with the Securities and Exchange Commission completing the process of delisting and deregistering its securities under the Exchange Act.     

The Company announced on July 25, 2017, that it would begin the process of delisting and deregistering its securities and filed a Form 25 on August 4, 2017 as part of the process.
