Boise Cascade Company Announces Promotion of Twedt to Vice President

BOISE, Idaho - Boise Cascade Company (Boise Cascade) BCC today announced that Jill Twedt has been appointed vice president, legal and corporate secretary. Ms. Twedt joined Boise Cascade as senior counsel in 2007 and currently leads the company's compliance committee. "Jill's experience in working on our various acquisitions and divestitures and her knowledge of our business will help us to continue to focus on our growth and compliance efforts," commented Tom Corrick, chief executive officer of Boise Cascade.

Ms. Twedt has a B.A. in political science from the College of Idaho and a J.D. from the University of Idaho College of Law. She is active in the Society for Corporate Governance. In the Boise community, Ms. Twedt serves as board president for Boise Valley Habitat for Humanity, board member with the United Way of Treasure Valley, and on the Board of Trustees for the College of Idaho.
