ROCKFORD, Mich., July 31, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Wolverine World Wide, Inc. WWW today announced it has sold its Sebago® brand to BasicNet, S.p.A., an Italian corporation with a global footprint that has a portfolio of brands including Kappa®, Robe di Kappa®, K-way®, Superga® and more.
