26 July 2017 - Falcon Oil & Gas Ltd. FOFOGFAC)) announces that an application has been made to AIM and ESM for the admission to trading of 8,666,666 previously issued common shares, in Falcon. Admission is expected to occur on 31 July 2017.  The common shares were issued pursuant to the exercise of options granted under Falcon's approved stock option plan.
