Associated Banc-Corp Announces Dividends and Series D Preferred Stock Repurchase Program

GREEN BAY, Wis., July 25, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Associated Banc-Corp ASB ("Associated") today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per common share, payable on September 15, 2017 to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 1, 2017.

The Board of Directors also declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.3828125 per depositary share on Associated Banc-Corp's 6.125% Series C Perpetual Preferred Stock, payable on September 15, 2017 to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 1, 2017.

The Board of Directors also declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.3359375 per depositary share on Associated's 5.375% Series D Perpetual Preferred Stock, payable on September 15, 2017 to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 1, 2017.

The Board also authorized the repurchase of up to $15 million of Associated Banc-Corp's 5.375% Series D Perpetual Preferred Stock.  Repurchases under such programs are subject to regulatory approval and may occur from time to time in open market purchases, block transactions, private transactions, accelerated share repurchase programs or similar facilities.
