WTII (News), the leader in the technology for atmospheric water generator's production and design, announced today that it has signed an MOU or memorandum of understanding with Global Care Administrators, Inc., of Charlotte, North Carolina. The Agreement is for Water Technologies International, Inc. to acquire a 5 % ownership in GCA and partner with GCA and Plan 2 Account to provide specialized services to Hospital Groups across the United States and Internationally. The minority stake in Global Care Administrators will be purchased with both stock and cash. The services range from waste to energy, gasification systems, air and water filtration and atmospheric water generators. The Company plans to employ new technologies to hospitals for cost reductions in the daily operations. The companies will represent each other's products to combine the off-grid energy systems with the atmospheric water generators.

Global Care Administrators, Inc., of Charlotte, North Carolina provides audit and recovery software and management solutions to hospital networks across the United States and Internationally. Their affiliated company, Plan 2 Account, is in the business of hospital revenue analysis and recovery, particularly regarding accounts and claims already written off as non-collectible, or "zero-balance" accounts. Water Technologies International, Inc., will create a new solely owned subsidiary for manufacturing, sales, and support for Gasification units for Bio-mass and Medical Waste disposal throughout the world keeping medical waste and municipal waste out of landfills and generating a sustainable source of clean renewable water and energy for electrical grid assist or off grid systems. The systems can be used for municipal waste, biomass, off grid resort hotels, farming, green house agriculture and micro grid communities. This process is green technology that releases clean emissions. The combination of the two companies' products can complement each other where there is a scarcity of water and electricity.
