Boeing Board Approves Quarterly Dividend

CHICAGO, June 26, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Boeing BA Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer Dennis Muilenburg reports that the board of directors today declared a regular quarterly dividend of one dollar and forty-two cents ($1.42) per share.

The dividend is payable Sept. 1, 2017, to shareholders of record as of Aug. 11, 2017.
