NEW YORK, May 18, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Harwood Feffer LLP (www.hfesq.com) is investigating potential claims against the board of directors of Tangoe, Inc. ("Tangoe" or the "Company") TNGO concerning the proposed acquisition of the Company by Marlin Equity Partners ("Marlin").

Under the terms of the offer, Marlin would acquire Tangoe in a transaction valuing the Company at approximately $260 million.  Pursuant to the terms of the transaction, common shareholders of Tangoe will receive $6.50 per share in cash.  At least one Wall Street analyst has set a target price for Tangoe shares of $8.00.
