 Shield Level 10, an index-linked, single premium deferred annuity with 
 no annual fees, was designed in response to distributor requests for a 
 Shield Level Selector product with a streamlined set of features and 
 options. Providing an innovative approach to combining market 
 participation and protection, Shield Level 10 allows retirement savers 
 to take advantage of the growth opportunities in equities markets, while 
 being protected from the first 10 percent of index loss.
 
 
 Wells Fargo Advisors will serve as initial distributors for Shield Level
